A finely executed head and shoulders portrait of Sir Kenelm Digby in watercolour, after a 17th century oil painting which currently resides in the Wellcome Collection (reference 45596i).

Many period portraits of Digby exist, including several by Van Dyck.

Sir Kenelm Digby (born July 11, 1603, Gayhurst, Buckinghamshire, England—died June 11, 1665, London) was an English courtier, philosopher, diplomat, and scientist of the reign of Charles I.
